-HVAC – 33 AHUs, 225 FCUs, 3 water boilers – 0.8MW each, 2 water to water chillers – 0.6MW each, 3 open type cooling towers – with water treatment, hot water circulation plant – 22 pumps, chilled water circulation plant – 18 pumps, heat rejection system – 6 exhaust fans and 11 recuperation units, floor heating plant – 11 floor heating zones, DHW production plant – 3, 500L water boilers, glass dome de-icing (heating) system; glass dome de-icing (heating) system; glass dome de-icing (heating) system;

– Plumbing – 2 giant water reservoirs, 3 water pressurization pump stations, pond management system, waterfall pump station, 7 sanitary collection/pumping plants, water softener plant;

– Lighting – indoor and outdoor lighting, dome lighting, plenary hall lighting, lights for 14 conference rooms and 120 offices;

– Electricity – monitoring of 2 high voltage transformers, 3 gensets 1.6MW, main distribution board;

– Fire suppression plant – firefighting water reservoir, 4 pump stations for sprinkler and hydrant line;
